You will work with a variety of materials and systems including power screens, awnings, and patio covers. This position requires attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities<ul><li> Install outdoor products including power screens, awnings, patio covers, and other custom features</li><li> Read and follow project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines</li><li> Measure, cut, and assemble materials to exact standards</li><li> Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely</li><li> Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li> Load and unload products and materials from company vehicles</li><li> Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success</li><li> Represent the company with professionalism and integrity when interacting with clients</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li> Clean driving record and valid driver's license</li><li> Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test if offered the position</li><li> Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with construction practices</li><li> Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math for measurements</li><li> Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li> JobTread software experience preferred but not required</li><li> Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills</li><li> Previous installation experience in construction or related fields is a plus</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul><li> Pay of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience</li><li> Company match for Simple IRA retirement plan</li><li> Disability insurance option</li><li> Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li> Supportive, close knit team environment</li><li> Opportunities for training and skill development</li></ul> Equal Opportunity StatementOutdoor Comfort Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
