You'll work hands-on while leading installation teams, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring every project meets our standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and participate in the installation of outdoor living products including patio covers, pergolas, awnings, decks and power screens</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans </li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Ensure proper workflow, jobsite organization, and adherence to safety standards </li><li>Supervise and mentor installation crew members and apprentices </li><li>Collaborate with project managers to track progress, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines </li><li>Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members </li><li>Use JobTread software for project documentation and progress tracking (prior use preferred but not required) </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience, including framing, finish, and general construction </li><li>Proven ability to lead a small crew or jobsite team </li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings </li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license </li><li>Willingness to submit to background and drug screening if offered the position </li><li>Familiarity with JobTread software preferred </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship </li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>$35.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience </li><li>Company match for Simple IRA retirement plan </li><li>Disability insurance option </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Supportive, close-knit team environment </li><li>Opportunities for leadership growth and professional development </li></ul>Equal Opportunity StatementOutdoor Comfort Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
