Outdoor Comfort Solutions is hiring a Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform construction of custom outdoor living projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced carpenter who can maintain jobsite quality, lead a crew, and keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the crew installing decks, patio covers, pergolas, awnings, sunrooms, and related structures
• Read and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision
• Maintain an organized, safe, and productive jobsite
• Assign daily tasks and ensure quality control throughout the project
• Communicate progress and site issues with project managers
• Train and support less experienced team members
• Interact professionally with clients when needed
• Use JobTread for project updates and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience
• Experience leading a crew or managing jobsite activity
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed plans
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to complete a background check and drug screen after a conditional offer
• JobTread experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Compensation & Benefits
