Outdoor Comfort Solutions is hiring an Outdoor Living Installer to help construct high-quality exterior projects for residential clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to grow within a skilled installation team.

Responsibilities

• Install outdoor living products including decks, patio covers, motorized screens, awnings, and related structures
• Review work orders and project details before starting each job
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials to company standards
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Interact professionally with homeowners on-site

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to complete a background check and drug screen after a conditional offer
• Basic carpentry or construction experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations
• Comfortable lifting materials and working outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable work habits and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn installation methods and products
• Experience in exterior construction or installation preferred
• JobTread experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
