Pay: Base salary + commission (OTE $80,000 to $120,000)

Position Overview

Outdoor Comfort Solutions is hiring a Construction Sales & Estimator to work with homeowners to design, price, and sell custom outdoor living projects. This role combines customer consultation, project design, and estimating.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Consultation

• Meet with customers in-home and in the showroom to assess needs and project goals
• Present product options including sunrooms, patio covers, screens, awnings, and decks
• Prepare and present clear proposals outlining scope and pricing

Design & Estimating

• Create basic layouts or concept drawings
• Develop detailed cost estimates including labor and materials
• Ensure estimates meet company standards for accuracy and profitability
• Coordinate with production to confirm feasibility

Project Coordination

• Communicate with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Coordinate handoff to production team after project sale

Brand Representation

• Represent the company at local events and home shows
• Maintain professional communication and appearance

Qualifications

• Construction knowledge (materials, methods, and installation)
• Ability to read plans and jobsite conditions
• Sales, estimating, or design experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to use design or estimating tools (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission
• On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000 to $120,000 annually
